Marking and Grading Assignments in Sakai for Math and Science TAs

 

Join Eunice and Biljana (Instructional Support Assistants, Math and Science) in this asynchronous workshop.

 

WHEN: This workshop is an asynchronous event, you can access the activities and materials via Sakai.

This learning activities and discussion for this workshop will be available to participate in from:

Saturday, OCTOBER 26th to Saturday, OCTOBER 31st.

 

 

WHERE: Sakai (Math and Science - ISA)

Note: If you are not yet a member of the site you will be added to the site ahead of the workshop.

 

WHAT:

Participants in this workshop will explore tools and strategies for marking and grading math and science assignments in Sakai. The workshop will also discuss ways to provide effective feedback for students and will include a downloadable "takeaway" document about grading.

WHY ATTEND?

Participation in this session will earn 1 TA credit towards the completion of the Certificate in Online Teaching & Learning in Higher Education.

 

CPI Workshops are open to ALL Brock University teaching assistants, marker-graders, tutorial leaders, course coordinators and lab demonstrators. Workshops are applicable to all disciplines.
